About Robson Ranch Woodworkers Club

The Robson Ranch Woodworkers practice their craft in a state-of-the-art woodshop located inside the Creative Arts and Training Center at Robson Ranch in Denton, Texas.  It boasts of more than 250 members and has one of the finest collections of woodworking tools in North Texas.

All residents of Robson Ranch are eligible to join the club and a wide variety of training is offered to new and progressing woodworkers. Members can learn to make everything from simple projects such as cutting boards to complex 3D projects carved on the CNC machine.

Some of the more popular items created by woodworkers include writing pens turned on the lathe, exotic bowls made on the Ringmaster, small tables, plaques and signs, and numerous personalized gifts of all varieties. The club also participates in charitable activities, providing finished projects that support children, veterans, and other non-profit organizations.

All activities are funded by the sale of finished projects and annual user fee of $50 per member.  All proceeds go to the shop and projects are made by volunteers.  It is all done for fun and a passion for the craft.
